DO THE SCULPTURES LIGHT UP?
Yes! I use a light bulb with two side springs that lock the bulb into place, in the hole I cut out. The final sculpture will come with the light included.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
The sculpture on the front page cost $750.00. My time in that project was 125 hours. The cost of doing your house depends on a few factors: The architectural complexity of your house (roof system, dormers, decking, additions, etc.) and the color combination of your house. Example: I recently completed a house that was all brick, the bricking involved four different colors. I had to painstakingly paint each individual brick, however the end result was stunning. Please note that the size of your house will not necessarily reflect the cost. I can do a large house that is simple in design for a reasonable price. I have done houses for as low as $275.00 and up to $2500.00.

WHY IS IT SO EXPENSIVE?
Keep in mind that every house is hand sculpted, fired, hand painted and glazed. I use no molds: I AM NOT RUNNING A FACTORY.

PAYMENT PLAN:
If you cannot afford the entire price, I will accept reasonable monthly payments.

REFERRAL INCENTIVE!!
Any commissions that I get referred by you. I will pay you 5% of the commission price.

I WANT TO COMMISSION YOU!! NOW WHAT?
Contact me by e-mail and I will come look at your house if you live nearby. If you live far away and are computer savvy you can e-mail me pictures. I will give you a quote and we will go from there.

SATISFACTION POLICY:
You pay me when you receive the final sculptured piece. If you are not satisfied you owe me nothing. I will however keep the piece. My late Uncle Howard (entrepreneur extraordinaire) said “there are enough honest people in this world to make a business successful.”

SHIPPING:
You will have to pay for shipping and fees to cover insurance on the piece. If the piece is damaged in the process of shipping, I will re-create the sculpture.
